My name is Aaron Nichols, I moved to the Pacific NW with my two kids in 2011. I've run and managed my own company since the age of 18, and have been able to build that into a multi million dollar organization. I have always had a passion for real estate and enjoy helping others. These days I am focusing my efforts on those two things I am passionate about, Real Estate and helping others.
This is why I created Nichols HomeStays LLC. I feel I can help property owners earn fair market rent on their properties, without having the burden of paying someone else to manage it, or do it themselves. I'm also an investor in multi-family real estate and own properties in Houston, Texas.
I want to be the best role model for my boys and show them that with hard work, persistence, and the inability to give up, anything can be accomplished in life. I am a very dedicated, driven, and work hard for every goal I set in life. When I'm not working I enjoy all things the Northwest has to offer from spending time outdoors hiking, camping, and fishing with my kids to visiting new eateries, coffee shops, and sporting events.
